One of the most important parts of keeping up with a workout plan is to have a strong motivation. The goals and methods are all fantastic, but if you don’t have a reason to continue working out, it’s easy to take a break for a day or two. That break can quickly turn into a week or two. That’s one reason that I’m so glad to be part of the Just Dance Just Sweat Dream Team. With Just Dance, the kids are practically begging to play and they are pulling us to play along with them.
So with their help and motivation, I am down to 232 right now from up over 240. It’s slow weight loss, but it’s real. That’s important! I haven’t quite reached my goal of losing 10 pounds for the month, but I still have a couple of days. If I can turn it into overdrive this weekend, I might just get there!
Our trip to New York this week was kind of a set back on that front, but well worth it! We had a great time and ate some great food. All the more reason to redouble efforts here before we start nearing the holiday season and the big dinners and “samples” of holiday treats.
Make sure you check out my video below to learn more about my progress over the past two week and take a look at my posts over the past month or so.
How do you Just Dance Just Sweat? Do your kids dance along with you or do you wait until you are all alone? Leave us a comment and let us know!
