Baking is therapy for me. The graduate school semester ended and I started baking. (These all left our house to go to new neighbors and co-workers!)

aw! I’m glad baking isn’t therapeutic for me or I’d be in trouble. stress eating IS therapeutic but I have been working hard to curb that.

Ellen – We use a cookie scoop like this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Oneida-Trigger-Cookie-Scoop/15149534 … we like this trigger style better than they style that most other cookie scoops seem to have. Let us know if you get one and if it works for you! 🙂
