It is Mamavation Monday time again!
The EA Sports Active Challenge too started on Jan 7th with EA Sports Active 2.My workouts last week started out good. Oh was I soooo sore! So sore. I then missed my Thursday workout due to travel, a kiddo show, and being plan exhausted. I then missed my Friday workout because I worked ALL DAY. Seriously. I am sure I ate but I have no clue what happened that day besides work. My next workout is today. I still need to do it. I WILL do it. Even if it is after the kids go to bed. I WILL do it. There I said it.

I am NOT loving the new scale this week. It is too honest. Some how last week I went up 3 lbs. 3 lbs in one week?! What the heck?! My eating wasn’t off that much. I know I missed two of my workouts but I did get in two which was way more than I was doing at the end of the year (i.e., None!) At any rate, the scale is still really nice even if I don’t like it right now. The giveaway for one is still coming. As soon as I can get my act together in the giveaway department!

I will be right here with you on the #EASactive challenge. I know I haven't tweeted as much with the campaign going on, but will be doing more starting tomorrow. The scale is honest, isn't it? Lol.

So glad you are doing the EAS Active challenge! that is my FAVORITE way to work out!
I'm terrified to get a new scale because I'd be afraid it doesn't like me 🙂 Keep moving forward and your scale will be nicer 🙂 Looking forward to your giveaway!

I'd love to see a post on the balance balls. I would never figure out how to exercise with them on my own. 🙂
