Land’s End Canvas – A Personalized Thank You

This is post over due in timing but I still had it get it up to share my experience.

Have you ever gotten a hand written, personalized Thank You from a company you bought something from? I am not talking a note included in the package that says “Thanks!” I am talking a separate note that was mailed first class mail (not bulk mail!).

I bought a Groupon awhile back for Land’s End Canvas. I needed some new smaller shirts. I don’t buy many clothes for myself so this was a thrifty deal to get some nice shirts. I had never shopped Land’s End Canvas before but I had shopped Land’s End before and love their clothes. I took a chance. I order six shirts with my Groupon code. They all came and fit so nice … plus they are soooo soft. I love them.

Shortly after my order came a card came in the mail. I wasn’t sure what to think of it when it came because my order was fine and I hadn’t contacted Land’s End Canvas about any issues. Much to my surprise this is what I found …

Here is the hand written note on the inside:

It is a little hard to read in the picture so here is what it says (with the only modification being the email address written out to avoid spam to them) …

How do you beat that? I don’t think you do!

So thank you Land’s End Canvas for the personalized thank you note. It made my day to get it.
