1 cake mix + 1 tub of frosting + 2 packages of rings from the dollar store = birthday cupcakes!
My thoughts …
Tomorrow is my Sophie’s third birthday. She wanted ring cupcakes for preschool. Why? Because the other parents buy cupcakes from the grocery store that have little rings in them and bring them to preschool. These are like $6 for 10 cupcakes at Walmart. ummm, it doesn’t cost close to that for them (or me) to make those. I said no and I would make her some so the picture is of her cupcakes. Remember the preschool is in our basement so no stupid rules like only store bought food.

We always do doughnuts for breakfast with a candle in it and sing happy birthday. It's become a fun tradition! 🙂

Love the doughnut idea.=) When the kids are older and in school, I think I will have to use that one!
