It is Mamavation Monday time again!
Did you catch my Balance Ball post last Tuesday? Here is if you missed it! Oh and that work out is kicking my butt still. So I got in three cardio balance ball work outs (30 minutes each) and we did a 1.2 (or so) mile family walk on Friday evening. Thankfully my husband was pushing the 100+ lbs in the stroller (three kids and a stroller isn’t light!) and I only had the crazy dog!
My weigh in this week was another maintain. BUT … I did lose the couple of pounds my sweet tooth gave me at pumpkin cooking class and then the birthday celebration at my parents’ for my brother and sister so I am happy to of worked that part off!
So that nutrition plan I mentioned … yeah today is day 1. My husband decided to start a 90 day work out plan/nutrition plan. I was up front and told him I wasn’t doing those hard core work outs (I admit it … I need something girlie.) I did say I would support him in the nutrition plan so I am doing that much. I had to choke down part of my breakfast (plain yogurt is beyond me) but I will adjust that for next week as we don’t eat that breakfast again this week. We will see where this gets me. At this point, I know it can’t hurt. I am stuck so maybe this will get that scale moving or at least let me see that smaller dress in time for Christmas. I am not sure how this plan is going to work over Thanksgiving and the holiday parties but I guess if we can survive that time, the rest of the year will be great.
For those interested in balance ball tips or recommendations, keep watching. I have found the one in the DVD I am using now I want to post about but am still trying to figure out the best way to do this. Watch for it though!

SO excited to read more about the balance ball! I love working out with one! Great job maintaining this week, it's better than a gain! Hope you have a good week!

I definitely need to check out those balance ball workouts! Sounds like fun actually, and I'm curious how you do a cardio workout on the balance ball! Also, maintaining is fine and it's still a loss if you had gained a bit.
I say do the hard workouts too!!! Why not?

You know, my favorite hour(s) of the week (month) when my husband is pushing/pulling the kids and I am free. Keep on doing a great job!
