It is Mamavation Monday time again!I said I would start up my work outs again last week. I didn’t. My energy went some where and my time went to a million other places. Totally my fault, I admit it.
This week I WILL be back to the balance ball work outs and will report in next week. I actually don’t travel this week so I hope to have this time.
My husband and I have agreed to start a new nutrition plan in the next week or so (actually planning all meals and not just dinner) and then doing work outs but separate ones. I really hope this works for us and we can motivate each other to keep going. It has worked in the past and has not worked in the past so we are hoping for success.
All that being said, I didn’t lose or gain anything last week.
For those interested in balance ball tips or recommendations, keep watching. They will come. I promise!!

You know, I think there is great value in being able to maintain. It's the hardest part of the whole deal. So I think last week for you was a good thing. And now you have a plan. Good luck. I'm really hoping you get out of the next week what you need to! I think you will.

Just do what you can this week. You can do it! Remember how much you love the balance ball workouts!! It makes you feel good. A great reason to do it! I hope you and your husband find support in one another!! Good luck!

Congrats on the maintenance I know it's not losing but, sometimes not gaining is just as rewarding!
Ooooh the balance ball… will definitely be watching for tips as I couldn't balance on a 2'x2' square right now much less a ball!
