No it isn’t Monday but I needed to write this post tonight.I said I would do some Balance Ball work outs this week and I am happy to say I got one in today! I did the “Express” (30 minutes) workout on the Cardio Balance Ball DVD I have. (I bought it from half.com if you want to know who I got it from, let me know!) I figured how much cardio could you get with a Balance Ball. This will be easy. HAHA HAHA
This is the picture of the DVD that totally kicked my butt today.
Climbing stairs has become a new challenge for me since I did this mid-day. Talk about jello legs.
What was good about it?
- The sweat. Oh was I sweating.
- The stretching. Hello stretching!!
- The relaxing. The cool downs on the balance ball are worth their time investment in gold. So nice!
- The pain. Wait? I said that was good. Yeah because I can feel my muscles HOURS later. I know that is good.
Someone asked me about posting my favorite “moves” (ha, humorous to even think me with moves!) … I am trying to figure out how to do this. In all honesty having my husband record it on the Flip is the only thing I have thought of and I don’t know you all want to see THAT much of me. If I get enough pushing to do it … maybe.
So if you need a cardio workout that you can do inside, check this out. If you DO check it out, let me know!
More balance ball posts coming. I told you they would come. Here is the first one of hopefully many!

I first was introduce to a balance ball in 1996 as part of my physical therapy after an auto accident. So I got one to use at home to continue my therapy and of course to work out on. It is amazing the type of work out you get on it.

Woo! I love the idea of sweating it out on the balance ball. I mostly use mine for toning exercises. I'm going to check into this. Thanks!
