It is Mamavation Monday time again!
What did I do last week? I got in four bike rides last week. Still not my full plan but better.
My challenge this week: I am going to plan more bike riding this week. I am going to start video work outs again this week. I need the kick in the butt because that is what really got me to drop a few weeks ago. Cleaning out my bigger clothes had me really excited but seeing that pile of smaller clothes sit there makes me long to get into them even sooner!
Results so far: No change from last week. While the bike rides are good cardio work outs they are not the fat burning work outs I need too. I love how the bike rides make my legs feel but I know I need more.
So what is next for me? I am going to try to figure out a good bike/work out plan for me this week. I am going to try to figure out my schedule and not the program’s schedule. I know my class starts next week so I need to keep that in mind too!
Keep leaving me comments and telling me to move my butt. I have that bridesmaid dress to fit in too!
