I thought about not posting this week but then worried that might become a habit so here is my post …
It is Mamavation Monday time again!
Last week, I did a lot of nothing. I had a little pity party for me that included a lot of Motrin for cramps and a sadness over weaning. My Little Dude is on the path to weaning. He nursed Monday morning and then wasn’t interested any more. I thought he was done until he had a break down on Friday when I got home from work and he nursed himself into a happy state. Needless to say my emotions were all of the place. I didn’t take them out by eating though which was good for me. I can say I had one chocolate mini dessert thing all week. I did take my emotions out by sleeping though. Maybe it was the lack of homework keeping me up but I kept going to bed early and sleeping in until the last possible moment. That meant … no work outs. There I admit it.
All that being said, I didn’t want to weigh in on Friday morning so I didn’t.
Keep leaving me comments and telling me to move my butt. I am really going to work on that this week!

It's normal to go through a slump or rut – problem is it's hard to get OUT!
you can do it. Start back with simple things and build back up to what you were doing before the rut. You can do it!
Have a great week 🙂

Hey, honesty earns much respect in my book. Stuff happens. Just gotta suck it up, get back on the horse and ride. You can do it! Baby steps. I think when we stop doing something, we wanna pick back up where we left off and sometimes, that just doesn't work out. Ease yourself back into it and enjoy yourself.

Sorry about the new "routine". I know it can't be easy. Hang in there and good job on not turning to food for comfort. That's a big step.
Hugs!

I am kinda jealous because my little guy is refusing to wean. It would be such a nice change, but I'm sure I'd be sad about it too. I'm glad that you're bouncing back this week! I hope you have a fantastic week!

My goodness I can not even imagine what it is like for the mother when your child decides to self-wean. Best wishes in dealing with that stress. You are an awesome mama.

All the best for this coming week. I don't look forward to the day that my little one decides to wean himself (tho I fear it's closer than I think). I hope the week is less stressful and you can get back on track. Hugs!

Oh my gosh, when Ladybug weaned (at 31 months), I was a crying MESS! The hormones were HORRIBLE. I am so holding your hand through this. If you to cry on my shoulder about any little thing, you let me know.
Seriously, let me know if you need me. Love you, girl. Here's to a better week!
