It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? ummm, more nothing. ::blush:: The first half of the week I was committed to working out and then didn’t. Then we went on vacation for four days (one day there, two days at the beach, one day home)
My challenge this week: I HAVE to get back in the groove this week. No need or should or MUST. Tomorrow is my day as today I spent doing homework all freakin’ day. What a day off work … and yes I am STILL behind. ugh.
Results so far: I didn’t weigh in on Friday as we weren’t home. I am a little scared of what vacation eating did to me but am glad to report my swimsuit was too big this year!;)
So what is next for me? Moving my butt. Yup, that is still what I need to do.
