It is Mamavation Monday time again! What did I do last week? I started another work out routine that I agreed to do for 90 days. ACK! It is a review that will be posted here (along with a giveaway). So watch for it. It is kicking my butt but I need my butt kicked. (My husband is doing this work out with me so I hope he lets me report his results too!)
My challenge this week: I am keeping up with this new work out routine and hoping to add in the bike. Our new bike is suppose to come today. Hopefully, my lovely husband can get it put together easily since it comes in pieces!
Results so far: I am going to be switching my weigh-ins to Fridays. The office is doing another challenge starting some time next month and weigh-ins will be on Fridays. (I am going to rock this challenge.) Plus I started this new work out on last Thursday so it will probably make more sense to have Friday weigh-ins. From my weight on Thursday morning to this morning (Monday), I am down a pound though. Next week, I will report my Friday weigh in. But did you catch that, down a pound!!! That was even with big date night dinner that my husband treated me to on Friday night.
So what is next for me? Biking! Well as soon as we can get it together. I am really excited to get in more cardio. We are also really watching what we eat through some good meal planning and trying watch the number of calories we eat in a day.

Congrats on switching up the program (and kudos for doing it as a review). I look forward to your 90 day review. Mr. Squeaky is gone and bigger and bigger things are here in his place. One pound in three days is AWESOME.

Best of luck with the new workout. I find them exciting because it's "new"
I'm actually starting a new workout myself this week! I haven't done today's (I'm planning to do it after I finish Page 2 of posts haha). Sounds like a lot of people are trying something else this week. Boredom setting in?
Have a great week

Tell me how the biking goes. I've always wanted to do that and never have gotten all the bike and all the equipment for the kids. Congrats on the weight loss! XXOO

Woohoo! Down a pound – you go, girl! I usually do my weigh in on Friday or Saturday morning, then add that to my Mamavation post. I think as long as you're consistent with the day and the time of day, it works.
Excited to hear about this new workout!

Can't wait to hear what the review is on! What kind of bike did you get? I have a recumbent and can't help but want a spinning bike. The recumbent doesn't give me enough cardio, and a spinning would definitely do that! Congrats on the pound!!!!
