It is Mamavation Monday time again! What did I do last week? I got in two work outs with the elliptical. Sad but the truth.
My challenge this week: I plan to keep up the working out with Squeaky, my elliptical, this week. My goal is three times. I got once in today already. The kink in this plan is that I may of broken my toe yesterday. I was reminded that if you kick the door jam as you try to do some advanced pivot move to put something else in the closet that the door jam wins and your toe turns all shades of purple. I wasn’t sure if I could do my elliptical time but my Earth Footwear Exer-Walk shoes are leaving my toe feeling OK. I think I will be wearing them all day. I am also going to try to re-inflate my balance ball. If it is losing air after all of these years, I will be getting a new one so I can add that into my change up in routine.
Results so far: Simply put I am still stuck. I am happy to be stuck and not gaining but I am also ready to be unstuck. May will bring my big work out routine changes. I am going to see what I can get in before then so May is a real success for me though.
So what is next for me? My plan now is to keep doing what I am doing for now. I am still working on the unstuck part and my full plan for May when our schedule drastically changes.
Have an idea to help me get unstuck? Leave me a comment and let me know. I am accepting all ideas.;)

sometimes even thought the scale isnt moving doesn't mean your not making progress you could be losing inches or just improving your lifestyle. right now i've been stuck on the same weight for a week but ive gone down in inches and walked more

Sorry about your toe!! Hope it's okay!
I probably need to get a new balance ball too. My nieces love to play on it, and they are rough with it, so it doesn't stay firm very long.
Here's to a good week!
