It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? I was a little short in my work out goal and only got in three work outs. Last week was a real challenge for my schedule. I did notice my increased resistance work out was getting easier so that nice to see.
My challenge this week: Squeaky, my elliptical, and I are still working out the stare down challenge. I may increase the resistance again on my elliptical time and am still going thirty minutes … most days. I am going to try to get four workouts this week. That is going to be hard as I have been sick and haven’t done any yet but I hoping to feel better and get my move on! I am also wearing my Earth Footwear shoes as much as I can!
Results so far: I am down 1.5 lbs since last Monday. It wasn’t a zero! The “I did it!” was from my dance I did to the Dora end of show song where they dance around singing that. Those Earth Footwear shoes … wow. Talk about being sore. I have been wearing my ExerFit shoes when I typically go barefoot around the house. I have to say my back finally isn’t killing me which is nice after the first two weeks of those shoes!

1.5 is awesome and soon Mr. Squeaky won't be intimidating anymore. Also congrats on working on your body alignment with your ExerFit, you are only getting stronger.
