It is Mamavation Monday time again!What did I do last week? I got sick. I know that was the complete opposite of the stay healthy plan but it happened.My challenge this week: My first goal this week is to get better and get rid of this nasty cough. I am praying my kids get better too. I am so sick and tired of this crud that has been passed around our house! I hope to get back and work out with Squeaky, my elliptical, this week.
Results so far: Seeing that I was sick and did a lot nothing … well some extra eating a couple days, I am down 0 lbs since last Monday.

Ugh, sick ickies, kids with sick ickies, it seems like a never ending story. I hope your family is able to get healthy this week, you are able to be rested, and that you can get active again.
