It is Mamavation Monday time again! Yes, I know it is Tuesday. I am late but here is my post!What did I do last week? I didn’t quite met my workout goal. I got in three thirty minute sessions instead of four. We did spend 4.5 hours with the kids on Saturday and did a ton of walking so I think that counts for something!
My challenge this week: Squeaky, my elliptical, is still giving me he stare down challenge. I have increased the resistance on my elliptical time and am still going thirty minutes … most days. Yesterday, I only got in twenty minutes but was happy for that. I am still going for at least four work outs a week.
Results so far: Once again, I am down 0 lbs since last Monday. (Weigh ins for the work challenge are Mondays so I weigh in then.) This is my third week with a zero. It is getting a tad … ok, very frustrating. My smaller pants are fitting and I can get on the next size down too but don’t like my pants that tight. I know my body is changing but that darn scale isn’t moving. ugh. I am going to need to come up with something to shake something up here soon. I don’t know what it is yet but I am hoping to come up with a good plan for next week.
Oh and I am beyond sore from my ExerFit shoes from Earth Footwear that my brother got me for my birthday. I didn’t know my back could be this sore when I wasn’t nine months pregnant. Seriously sore legs, butt, and back. Hopefully that soreness leads to good things!

oh sounds like those exerfit shoes are working! You are obviously losing if your clothes are getting loose, so you will eventually see results on the scale too…keep it up!

85% of weight loss is diet. Looks like you are doing good with the exercise. You need to start tracking what you are eating more closely. Let me know on twitter if you need help doing that. XXOO

Awesome about those shoes, I wish I had a pair! Honestly you are doing great (better than you know probably!) but you need to cut back on some calories, that is the easiest way to lose pounds…

I'm a big supporter of not only relying on weight loss as an indicator of your diet! The fact that you can fit in your smaller pants means a lot! Keep it up

You are doing good if your pants are beginning to fit better! It sounds like you are working hard on your exercise. Unfortunately, sometimes we undermine that hard work with bad eating. Maybe take a look at what you're doing in that dept. That might help to ditch the plateau.
