I am a poet, artist, journalist and produced a local TV series(talk about hectic, with the latter,and I didn't get paid much!) and am now making collages to show, professionally, plus writing music and movie reviews! During my interesting but "starving artist" life I always need tips about how to cut corners monetarily, and this is the perfect place to find them! Thanks Beth!

Hello! I've been following your blog for a couple of months now and enjoy all your reviews, tips, giveaways, and general info!! I can't imagine how much work it must be to keep up with everything! I can't really remember how I found your blog the first time (probably a giveaway though!), but I'm glad I did!!
My budgeting challenge is living in a very rural area. The nearest grocery store is 35 miles away, the nearest Wal-Mart and Walgreens is 80 miles, etc…So instead of shopping the sale flyers and organizing my coupons I usually stock up on everything whenever I happen to be in "town" whether it's on sale or I remember my coupons or not. I know I need to be more disciplined in my approach.
