Looking back to 2009
To answer the theme of BlissDom and how I Followed my Bliss in 2009, well this blog right here is part of that answer. My kiddo blog (here) is the other and first part of that answer. I was feeling like a slacker mom last year and started to blog to keep up with some of the activities of my kids. I didn’t know that would lead me here where this blog is today but I feel that this is a gift and I am taking it where I can. It gives me a place to express myself and to be me. It is my escape. I need an escape so I think I will be around for awhile in this blogging world!
What is ahead in 2010?
Well if you been around at all, you know that this year is MY YEAR and during that time I will be Following my Bliss! WOOHOO! I am working on a lifestyle change to get to be a healthier, fitter me. I am not doing this for anyone else. This goal is for me. It isn’t a diet, it isn’t a weight loss campaign, it isn’t a short term thing, this is for me to fit in that box of clothes that I have been hanging onto for 5 years. Check out some of the Mamavation labeled posts for details. As part of this lifestyle change, I will sharing what I am doing to eat better, get active, and be a better me. Take notice, I said me, not mom or wife or employee or anything else but a better me and that will lead to a better me in all areas of my life! Oh and a few recipes should popping up here and there so watch for those. I have two sitting on the back burner that I just need to type up!
As for the blog, I have decided to start a monthly post that will give ONE simple budget tip. It will happen at some point each month and it will just be one tip to keep it simple for all of my readers. More tips specific on how to budget was a reader request so they will be coming! Watch for them. I also hope to continue to offer some review and giveaways. You will still be seeing my submissions, my rambles, and my craziness though so fear not!
Thanks for reading!
