Last week, I survived. As a result I am up about three pounds but I made it through my over scheduled week. This week I should have some time for some cardio balance ball work outs so I am looking forward to that. I am still working on my homework so hopefully this week I can cram a bunch of that in my time. This week and next week are my get through them weeks. Thankfully my travel this week was canceled but it is still busy.
While I may not be at the weight I want to be at, I am several sizes smaller than I was this time last year so I am very thankful that. It is good to be thankful for what we have in life. What you thankful for this year?

Definitely something to be thankful for! And a positive attitude to have when so many are consumed by the small stuff! Happy Thanksgiving.

Great job surviving! I totally understand how those weeks are… yeesh! I love what you said about not being the weight you want, but being a smaller size – that is an awesome way to look at it! There is always a silver lining! I hope you have a fantastic Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful this year that all of our family is healthy (ok, at least mostly). Have a great week!

Beth thank You for putting my behind on the ball. It spent too much time in my daughter's room – she actually things it belongs to her. Great job on surviving. Cheers!

Great that you're a smaller size! I wonder if that 3 pounds is a lot of water weight. Hard to actually gain 3 pounds of fat in a week. You'd have to eat A LOT!!
I have my son and husband to be grateful for. I work with kids who are in broken/dysfunctional families and after a day at court, it really helps me to realize just how lucky I am, and how lucky our son is to have parents who are not addicted, who are together, who love each other. So much better that way. Thanks for making me think about being grateful!

Great job on being a smaller size, the scale isn't always the best tool to show your accomplishments.
Keep up the good work.
