
It is Mamavation Monday time again!
Today’s Title is brought to you by Finding Nemo. Well kinda … moving instead of swimming! =PWhat did I do last week? I did my new work out routine. I think I only missed two scheduled days. I only got in two bike rides though
My challenge this week: To keep up with this new work out routine and adding in the bike when I can!
Results so far: So I switched my weigh-ins to Fridays. I am happy to report that as of Friday, I was down one pound! Down was nice. After this holiday weekend, I need to watch what I do and eat this week though! I also know I have ab muscles in there some where. After doing the core workout this week, I had the sorest abs. whew!
So what is next for me? Keep moving. I know it is the same. I will be posting my first part of my work out program review (and giveaway) next week so watch for it!!
The work out routine I am doing, is offering up a giveaway. If I get a chance, I hope to get that up today. Are you ready to enter so you can work out with the same routine I am doing?!
